Dude - I don't think you want to be flooding to the top of the rockwool - especially once roots develop.

Your best bet is a SOG technique where you prune the plants so they grow a single cola and then pack as many in as you can. I think normal height for SOG grows is right in that range because you take clones and put them right into flower once they root. With small the plants the idea is...

Basic setup would be a soil grow with CFLs and Home Garden center nutrients. Read over the grow journals for ideas and inspiration.

Dude it seems like your best bet would be a remote res outside of the grow chamber so it doesn't get so hot. Kind of like a recirculating DWC.
