Well I am pretty close to harvesting the most mature plant. I have been checking trichs and decided to harvest a couple small buds for an early taste. Since I want to try the smoke asap I am going to water cure these buds. Below are some pics of day 1 :-D

You will need to protect each plot from animals coming along. Also, your best bet would be to sprout them all at home under floros and then plant them.

Have any of the hairs turned brown? I'm surprised you are seeing amber already... but if you are seeing a good mix of cloudy and amber trichs then cut her down.

I've seen a similar setup where the 1inch pvc runs within pvc fence posts and has 1/16th inch holes drilled between net pots. Supposedly this eliminates the clogging of the misting heads and also prevents leaks. I have been toying with which way to go...

The pump for a system like the one pictured would have to be a decent irrigation or pool pump to generate enough pressure. You can aerate the res but with all the nutes 'falling' back in it will self-aerate. Also, the misting heads eliminate the need for lots of aeration - the mist does that.
