Lights are too close. You can see there are milimeters between the leaf sets. It shows the light is too close, it should be a little further to make the plant stretch. Also it's the time for 18/6 light period. Try these 2, it'll stretch.

I prefer sativa. It's nearly impossible to find it where i live and i haven't smoked pure sativa yet.
