Looking good so far although you want your intake to be at the bottom to bring cold air in.

you could add some CFL's as side lighting they don't get very hot. As for how much hotter etc. It all depends on your growing environment.

Vegetation stage needs 18+ hours of light so 18 hours on 6 off Flowering stage needs 12/12 so 12 hours on, 12 hours off. Unless of course you have an Auto strain. Hope this helps

Fungus Gnats then mate, Look around for a recipe to kill them there's plenty on this forum. You want to exterminate them ASAP before you have a full on infestation !

Stress can be a known factor to produce hermies or alter with a plants sex, but monkeybones is correct sex is pre-determined

Could be a number of things, I'm not too sure you should really try and get a picture of one.

those aren't actually 60w, 75w or 100w there actual wattage is 14w + 18w + 23w Just pointing that out
