They seem to be doing just fine...I grew them for 5 days in peet pods, then transplanted them into the FFOF. I even fed them a little FoxFarm Plant Food Liquid Fert....they seem to be doing great!

I actually have my seedlings in FFOF now....but my first grow attempt with it had terrible root aphid problems...then I red on RIU that they did a test with it and literally saw Aphids crawling out of a the soil straight from the bag.

They are just over two weeks from popping out the soil. I dont have MH capability on my 150watt outlet, but my 600 watt actually can use both MH and HPS in its outlet. I will just buy an MH bulb for my 600 watt cool tube. Thanks for the advice. You still think i should wait til they are 6"...

Yo get rid of that FFOF bullshit...that soil sux ass!!!! Make your own soil mix like I did...A little more expensive but WELL worth it my friend. FFOF is infested with Aphids larvae and eggs. That shit is contaminated. And the soil condenses down when you get it wet. It just sux all around...
