the actual wattage of that light should be way less than 400watts. If it has 60 diodes, iI am guessing should be around 120actual Watts. This should be perfect for your grow space.

I would also add 1 cup alfalfa to the amendments if you already have that.

How often are you feeding your plant? IMO looks like serious nute burn. Your plants are yellowing from the tip indicating nute burn. Take it easy on the nutrient for a while. Do a solid flush and stop feeding them every watering. Alternate between feeding nothing but water and nutrient solution...
