its a shame that the state is taking so long to give us our cards.there not following there own rules.there quick to cash that check though.

where does it say that your legal when they cash your check? i have looked everywhere and dont see that. also having signed copies of your application does not technically mean your legal.im surprised 11th state tell people that.anybody can forge a application and carry it around in there...
