it depends on how big the buds are to determine how long to air dry. the average will be 4-5 days in a 70ish degree normal humidity room. higher temps will shorten this time. you can hang dry or lay them on a screen and the less light, the better. when the outside feels dry or even crispy...

yeah the ph dropping is normal, but you shouldve added some perlite. the soil tends to stay a little soggy without the extra perlite so be mindful of how much water to feed.
