dirk, shame on you. I check my ppm and ph every 2-3 days and calibrate them every 2 weeks. How long did it take that res to jump to 1780ppm and 4.4ph? At least you found a solution that will work for you.

you may want to trim some leaves to increase airflow around the buds. What hoods are you upgrading to? New ballasts too?

there are phenos so weak and prone to hermie that there is nothing your can do to prevent it. Reverse will not work on the weak phenos, but has worked for me in other cases.

keep them coming apple, i have 7 seedlings if strawberry diesel right now.

they are not the worst and not the best. 2 out of my 5 dutch passion white widows hermie under perfect conditions. I had to ditch those phenos.

this thread is officially debunked. I planted 7 holy smoke strawberry diesel seeds 4 days ago. (6 pack + 1 freebie). All 7 have germed and are now above soil.

dirk, nice scrog canopy, did you use a laser level, damn. Quite impressive. Do not get too excited with that new screen and over-scrog them. There is a happy medium somewhere. Also, now that you have an even canopy, you can lower your lights and get more lumens.

i have had 3 harvests with the #18. She is an average cloner. Oddly, she is a darker green than most of my other strains.

the screen for this unit is 6 inches higher than my other screens (not good). I tried both red and yellow/green sprayer and both trickled out. I even tried a 1000 gph pump, but it was only a little better. For now, it is decommissioned. I will have to try a high psi pump, but the canopy height...

That sounds about right, she is also a darker green than my other strains. As for the top-fed, i had an excellent design that just got too complicated. I never got the misters to work right and the height of the system got too high.

I just picked up a mw-102 ph meter. It also has accuracy of ± 0.01 pH. I have all my reservoirs set to 5.8±0.02! Just imagine if you have a meter with an accuracy of ±0.2 pH, so if you calibrate .2 high and the meter reads .2 low, then you are already off by .4. A few days go by and your up to...
