Looks like mites. Soap and water. Spay under side of leaves. Just a drop or two in spray bottle dont use antibacterial just reg. dish soap. Put plastic on the ground to keep soap out of soil. Make sure you spray the hell out of them.

I would say to grow your clones to about 6 inches. Then take a clone from them. Put your first clones in to flower.Then veg your fresh clones for awhile then repeat the process.
