Decided to go with mosquito dunks for now, want the possibility to use nematodes in the future, DE would wreck the lil guys

I have some Wormganic worm castings, not sure if that would work. Theres already alot ammended into the soil, but ill put some more ontop. Ill also water with dunks. and water less.

Nematodes are the way i want to go, but i think ill try the cheaper BTI stuff first, i found some on Arbico that ship overnight. Link but i can't combine them with diatomaceous earth cause it kills the Nematodes also. Ill just start with BTI drenches

Ill get dunks and see how it goes, website says that they only ship these guys on Tuesdays, so it would be another week till i could get some. Its no infestation, and my soil is drying out, mosquito dunks should hold them off for now, its the same stuff as Gnatrol basically, just BTI. just jumpy...

I think im sold... Maybe use electrical tape or something like masking tape? Not sure if either of those would work, just want to cover an area that would be susceptible to fungus/ pests.

are nematodes a better alternative? Ill stop watering till the soil is dry all the way through, but im worried that wont get all of them.

I got plants from a friend, a week or two later he has. fungus gnat problem and tells me. I just saw 1 walking around on the soil today, no visible sign of damage to the plant... yet. does that include the side branches or just the main stems?

ive got a 5x5 and ill probably move her outside once it gets warm enough. Any suggestion on node count before another topping? mainly just curious for when i should be prepared to top again. Dont wanna miss the sweet spot
