do you you have perlite in your soil mixture? if not, your soil compacts and its hard for the roots to get oxygen.

i got 4 bloomspect 1000w for 5 plants. the actual draw is 183w +-3 per light at the wall. yeah they are cheap, but if they work...they work. not everyone can afford the high $$$$ lights. if they work for you, thats all that matters.
