I think what you are missing is the point that what you are growing is a waste of resources and the amount you will get would probably be cheaper to score,I personally would use it as a learning curve to set up your grow area then get on with a worthwhile grow. Another point is ... they are...

Almost certainly nutrient burning! It doesnt look very light for them,as you are 40 days into flowering I would guess you should have let them grow a bit before flowering. I had a couple that came up with some seeds i grew that were very much smaller than the others,I took them out the growroom...
