Grandmaster Level - HLG Quantum Boards vs 1000w HPS side by side (youtube)

Indoor growing..if light is isn't at the top then it's just below it with strain selection being top. I don't know but to me ...light is hands down number one in a indoor setup. Lots of factors and in truth most are equally important but light man...thats the big make or break factor for...

Grandmaster Level - HLG Quantum Boards vs 1000w HPS side by side (youtube)

I didn't watch the last few episodes. Did he actually yield more on the led side? I thought it would be the other way around. If it was anywhere close...the half the wattage (slightly more actually) seals the deal. Only problem is initial buy in for the led lamps. Like 3 or 4x the price of a...

Is this a copper deficiency, and should it be flushed?

That's not a small pot. About ideal. A smaller pot and big plants and non consistent watering with zero runoff or close to it you could run into problems. But I get what Yoda is saying. Small pot comes with drawbacks if you don't have a proper fertigation system and regimen in place where...

    Topped but no branching

I've transformed single stalked with little side branching Indys with a one two combo punch of topping training and kelp foliar in veg. No shit fellas. They grow slow enough as it is. You all know that of which I speak too. Might as well get the best of them. Certainly increases bottom line...

    Topped but no branching

Top and train all you want for auxin heavy apical meristem dominant cultivars. Cytokinin kelp foliar sprays are your friend here. Believe me when I say I've been there too. And trust me when I say a kelp dominant weekly foliar regiment will grip the morphology your trying for.Believe that!!!

    Your yield on a HLG550?

I am just gonna say it. There are a lot of third grow pros (or act like it - pros can see through the bowshit) on these forums. Especially riu. And the weight claims are just ridiculous. Again..the pros that know what time of day it is can see right through it. The CHM crowd started to get out...

    Your yield on a HLG550?

If 2 or 3 pounds per 1000 watt se was the norm or standard..every swinging dick out there would be just crushing it. You led growers would prolly of NEVER heard of the technology. Lol. Nope. Not happening. The truth and the facts are that 90% of home cultivators with 1000 watt se lamps are...

    Your yield on a HLG550?

Despite what forum growers claim...3 pounds per 1000 watt is very very difficult. Much easier with double ended 1000 watt ups but if it's your only lamp...its not that easy as well. And with single ended 1000 watt hps...nope. Especially air cooled (waste of light) and no co2. The average home...

Is this a copper deficiency, and should it be flushed?

Ditch the tent. Go back to a real room and give yerself some space. Grow fatness. And tell your neighbors your in a legal state and to go eat many bags full of dicks.

Is this a copper deficiency, and should it be flushed?

Or quit and buy it from huckster carpetbaggers like myself. Lol. Choice is yours. You already got the frikin equipment though. Not only would I not quit growing...I would attack this shit like a lion on a zebra. Gnarl this shit right up.

Is this a copper deficiency, and should it be flushed?

Yep. I always recommend promix and a simple one part like Dynagro or Ionic for new growers. Keep it simple. Limit the variables. I know of pro vet growers that started out like this and they go full circle right back to the basics. And they grow phenomenal indoor cannabis. It's a common c3...

Is this a copper deficiency, and should it be flushed?

I wouldn't give up so fast broseph. I started 25 plus years ago and I couldn't grow a frikin toe nail much less some decent cannabis when I first started out. Some people take right to it...but most hit speed bumps until they get the hang of it. If you want close to free weed (indoors)...dont...

    Your yield on a HLG550?

He didn't get what he claimed. He got 1.5 to 1.75 of fully dried sellable or smokable bud and I bet he left a lot of not fully trimmed leaf on the main flowers. Nothing spectacular to see here. He didn't do bad...he didn't knock it out of the park either. Scratch that. .If what's on the screen...

    Your yield on a HLG550?

You do realize how hard it truly is to get a gram per watt even in the most dialed of setups with multiple lamps and cross lighting right? The commercial setups do it and then some on a consistent basis but from those pix and that tent setup...he got between 1.5 and maybe...maybe 2 pounds...

Is this a copper deficiency, and should it be flushed?

Like I said..many growers have no problems with zero runoff. Whatever way or method of fertigation. But as a general rule or good practice...its a good idea to get some. Whether it's every feed..daily..weekly or whatever. Especially when using a hydroponic substrate like coco c oir or rockwool .

    Your yield on a HLG550?

That's not 2.77 pounds bro. Trust me. Just that details alone without pic makes me very skeptical. 2.77 with a single thouie in a tent? Nada. Not my pounds and they way I trim dry and cure anyways. And any other grower I know.

Is this a copper deficiency, and should it be flushed?

This ^^^ Its something your doing..did..or not doing consistently. That's for sure. It could be a bad batch of coco from the store but I highly doubt it. Could be a bad batch of nutes..I doubt it. Could be a bad meter..again...highly doubtful. It's something grower practice related.

Is this a copper deficiency, and should it be flushed?

Salt build ups is one thing. Salt build ups and a fukt up plant because of it is something different all together. I wouldn't change a thing if a meter said I had high ppm on a return if the plant is jamming and looking good.
