Dude CFL's are your best bet. Check out my grow. Get your self some fans, make an exhaust in your box and then create some passive intakes for more air to move around youll be gravy..For under $150 I did up my ENTIRE grow room almost! Grow on!

Yea they are but they are also in a Light Socket fixture bought from Wal-Mart that you just plug into the outlet, hold single bulbs. Then I bought the Y' adapter that I screwed into that making it use of Multiple lights. But be careful, those lights can get pretty heavey and pull on the socket...
