I have one more question, what if I just used two 23w CFLs and put them over 3 seedlings by a windowsill? How do you think that would work out?

Yeah, was thinking just three 23w ones.

Yeah me too...it's on our ranch so it may just be mixed in with a certain bill? We aren't sure at all. But would it even be much at all or enough to be noticed? Just until they are about 6" high or so then no more indoors.

But I am glad the windowsill method will work fine. That was my main concern.

Awesome, that's kinda what I planned to do using the dome. Might do a little experiment, 3 with dome, 3 without.
