I want to start some seedlings outdoors just because. If I can find a good spot that get lots of sunlight should this work out? I'll of course have organic bug spray on hand. Also, has anyone done this? What was your result?

Okay cool, I think what I am going to do is use three 23w bulbs for 3 seedlings and they will be on a windowsill as well. Hopefully that will work out fine!
