Light has a lot to do with it. If you have noticed the buds nearest the top of the plant closest to the light are the biggest and denses. The bud below in which do not recieve as much light will be loose. Usually the stronger the light the better.

What does LST mean? Is it letting the plant grow naturally?

Seltzer water is carbonated water enriched with Co2. Club soda is also carbonated water but it may have salt or other minerals which would not be good for the plant. Seltzer water can be used for Co2 for plants but would not be very effective.

I believe it can get up to about 450 degrees F without bursting and the filament can get up to 3500 degrees F. If I were you I would have the main light be the 600 Watt HPS and put the CFL on the side to cover the inside of the plants. Hope This Helps.

Thats exactly what I did. I went from 1600 ppm one week. To 1000 ppm the next. Then about 600ppm. Finally to Just RO water about 50 ppm and Ph of about 6. I believe you have the right idea AEROPRO. Thanks :smile:
