Sometimes this is normal. Give them a day or two and they will most likely perk up if conditions are ideal. Is this your first grow?

Give the plants cold water like 60 degrees. This will off set the hot temps and they will be able to handle it. I tried it and it works.

I have heard that letting the water sit out will take out some of the chlorine but i dont think it will change the PH. Tap water should be fine my tap water PH is about 7.1. You can continue to let the water stand out before water if you want but it is not neccesary.
