Thanks for the comment, and Lol TRUST me you don't know how much I've thought about that. If I switch to a HPS Il have to pay for the reflector, bulb and ballast then Id have to invest in a decent ventilation system so at the minimum 2 extractor fans + the ducting and fittings etc then Id need...

The light Im using hardly gives off any heat at all. Iv grown with cfls in the past and the room temperature was alot higher, I think it might be down to the brand, are you sure you using a 250w powerplant light? I haven't put the mylar up yet either so Im expecting the temperature to increase...

Lol yh man I was going to use just rockwool but the guy at my local hydroponic shop gave me the coco and rockwool cube for free :P Just hope it works out..

Yh it was neccessary cos no one was replying. And ACTUALLY you can go three weeks living on just water. Get your facts straight man, I know in a soil grow you dont need nutrients I just didnt know if it was the same for hydroponics.

No Iv just had alot of advice off alot people who know what there talking about. Im doing a grow v soon and using canna aqua for hydroponics, if I do a soil grow thats whats Id use though for sure...
