if the growth was stunted because of the small pot then it would still mature and produce buds. just stunted buds and it wouldnt grow fast . give it some time . more light perhaps?

just open the tent everyonce and while and make sure its not too humid . you can get a fan if you want but you reallly don't need it that much.
