Am I right to think that a little grow box like this designed for one plant won't really need a small oscillating type fan in the cab? If you have a good enough exhaust fan sucking in air and just a hole at the top the air movement would be good enough to keep everything happy.

Say I want to make up a grow box and plan to line the back and side with mylar that wont get direct sunlight unlike the front of a plant. Will this be worse for the plant or better? I plan on having non see through greenhouse type plastic on the front. ventilation shouldnt be a problem.
