should work for seedlings to and some veg growth you can use those in conjunction with overhead light use the flouro tubes for the sides and get bulbs for over head they dont produce a whole lot of heat but they do create heat. just watch were your light can be seen had my cycle at night tie the...

you can use cfl's through your whole grow bro. for flowering i used 3 2700k 42w and 3 26w 2700k bulbs to flower and worked just fine you check out all my grow pics all done with cfl's

well guys check it out 3 females 2 indica 1 sativa just some bag seed the inica r from my first grow. had the lil indicas under 6 daylight but had a power outtage and blew them all. the sativa was in flowering already blew bout 4 of my 2700k bulbs so i have 5 now flowering all 3
