Yeah alot do tend to do that. I do what I feel is right from looking at the plant and using what limited amount I know so far, and mostly it's just a gut feeling. And I feel good about the plant now, it's doing great so I'm not going to change a thing:mrgreen: even if the norm suggests it..

Or rather the salts in the nutes I think. When I water I water from the top and make sure alot comes out the bottom, and I get white powdery stuff left there afterwards. So I'm guessing thats the excess salts so maybe I just don't need to flush...well judging by the plants i really don't think...

Thanks Bud:mrgreen: Yeah it doesn't make sense to me this whole flushing thing, if the plant is healthy and doesn't have nute burn then why would you want to deprive it? It's so unnatural, and even doing it the lsat week doesn't make sense to me, when the buds thickening out and you deprive it...

Took some pics tonight, she is budding nicely so far. A question though, the last few weeks I haven't flushed the plant at all, but she seems to be doing great. Is it still necessary to flush every now and again? Cheers:peace:

Wow, and I have the Grolux bulb in the 1st pic, what a narrow band of light that has. I'm definitely going to invest in a Son Agro for my next grow as that has an improved spectrum and must be better than that Grolux
