How long does it take the stem to sprout once the seed is in the rockwool? I'm seeing no sprouts as of yet and im starting to get worried. Thanks in advance. -X

I just bought a ballast and a light off ebay and it won't light. I'm not sure if the ballast is bad or the light is bad. the bottom mm lights up for a second and then goes out. i think its the light but im not sure
