Im confused haha can u be a little more clear?

So im confused about how to maintain the proper ph lvl for my soil. Will simply watering it with water at the right ph lvl maintain the soild ph as well? If not how?

Im pretty sure the answers no haha but just in case im curious, will the soil i put my plant in provide the nutrients my plant needs? Like i said im sure i need to add nutrients but i just wanna make sure haha

What kind of soil would all u guys recommend for the vegetative stage? I have no clue what to use. And also what nutrients would you use?
