Hell i'd go with the CFL's and strategically place them for the best light coverage (inside the bush and around the outside of them). More light = more buds that math you can count on.

Define 900 watts of CFL's. Are they the 20-26 watts bulbs? 125Watt ones?, all flower bulbs or some veg too? etc..? How is the coverage? Can you spread them around to get all around coverage while keeping them 1''-4'' away from the leaves?

what makes you think its an autoflower? I'd say more of a PH issue then nute def.. One of the first things you should do is more research, and dont let ppl hold onto your plants.... Yur not transitioning the veg/flower nutes? just gonna switch from one to the other? Dont see a lack of nutes...
