Take your point about the cups :-) I think both methods achieve the same results more or less, to encourage more tops closer to the lights. Randy seems to like to just let them go and I love to see them grown that way....... but I need to keep my plants very short. personal choice I guess :-)

:mrgreen::blsmoke::mrgreen::blsmoke: I prefer to use LST, right up into mid flowering. With 12/12 from seed I prefer to allow the plants to stretch, and LST to encourage those lower shoots to catch up!

You always get that initial period when little seems to be happening above ground! The seedling is putting down its roots, thats where the energy is concentrated. Dont worry :-) Take a look at my pics a few posts back (previous page)..... they show how fast these go on a 12/12 from seed...

Plant looks good, should do very well flowering outdoors :-) Re the plant you dropped, if the root ball is mainly intact it will recover just fine, I'd get them straight in the soil, give them a good watering in and let them go. Sooner you do it the better but don't worry, these are damn hardy...
