I always run lights at night for 2 reasons. One mentioned here is heat. The other is expense. Lighting at night is "off peak" which saves you a heap of money on your electric bill.

My own experience coincides with biggun. Since changing to AN two grows ago, I have been impressed in both hydro and dirt. Plants are huge and extremely healthy.

I have used it in hydro and dirt and love it. You need to go to the AN site and use the calculator to find amounts. If growing in dirt use the size of your watering can as the res size.

If you go to the Advanced site you can use the calculator to get a recommended feeding schedule. Just plug in the size of your watering container as the res size.

I guess my question would be - is 178 the ppm or is it 1780 ppm? I know my meter is 10 times the ppm read out. If it is 1780 at 2 weeks flower I would consider that an aggressive #. That early in flower I usually am around 800-900ppm

I use Panda film (bl/white -white side up) to cover my table. As far as oxygen goes I use an air stone and my return is high enough to to use the water fall method to add new oxygen.

The fan only blows air that is the temp of the room. It only feels cooler because it is moving. Unless you are chilling the air with an A/C the temp is the same.

You`re not crazy. I have done this for quite a while and always get lots of great comments, even from the all organic guys. They still do not believe in chemicals but not because they taste them in the smoke

I also use AN and pretty much follow the AN schedule using Overdrive in the last 2 wks before flushing but I add Supernatural Bud Blaster. Used it for years and get better Buds with it rather than without. BTW - Final Phase is a flushing solution. Hope this helps

I use Final Phase. I run system continuous for 6 hrs at the start. I then run system normally for 3-4 days keeping PH 5.5-5.8 by adding water/solution. No chemical taste at all - not just my opinion, but unanimous among the many smokers.
