Can you show the bottom of your scrog setup? I am looking into doing a scrog for my next grow and not sure when to start trimming or pruning under the screen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For my first grow I converted an old dresser into a grow cabinet. It has a few light leaks but not worried. Only cost was the lights and dirt and my time. Got enough room for one or two plants.

I was thinking the same thing. Any light leaks can lead to stress which is not good.

Scrog? Could this be done in a pc stealth box? Or is it too small of a space?

Good point. I'm growing a power plant right now and the stems and stalks are green and purple. I read that some strains have purple stems as a part of their genetics.

Never heard of drying outside in the cold. Let us know how it goes if you do it. I use a multi layer screen to set my buds on. Leave them there for 2 days then put the bud into a wide mouth mason jar sealed for a day or so then open to let air in and moisture out for about six hours. I repeat...

That's awesome man! Cheapest way! If you do have any issues, don't get discouraged. Just be sure to keep a close eye on your soils ph 6-6.5 for soil. 7 will work to. Good luck...

I'm using the 42 watt cfl with miracle grow soil and its growing like crazy. All those people out there that say mg soil is no good, are wrong.

Great work on the cab. As for the fan being too close to the 1x2, do you have it mounted with screws? If so you could use some inexpensive rubber hose to put a space in between the wall and fan...just a thoughtKeep on Toking

I have a similar grow going right now. I am using 6 42w cfl's. not worried about air intake or exhaust because I have plenty of airflow and smell will not be a problem. I am using MG Moisture Control and a 3 gal. pot. I just started week one of 12/12. So far so good, no nute but or anything.
