I let this one hang a couple days too long so it's kinda dry. I ordered some wide mouth gallon jars so I'll get it out of that plastic container soon. :eyesmoke:

i see, now that makes sense. i've never stored in plastic but i have cured in it a couple of times when i've ran out of glass jars. so now i'm still searching for reasonably priced gallon sized glass jars. i wish i could buy a 12 pack of those XL vlasik pickle jars somewhere.
