Not watering every day just the one plant seems to be stunted while the other outgrows it they were at the same paste and now the bent stem really worries me

I let the top of the soil dry out i last watered friday i water about twice a week and here is a 4 day comparison of one of the plants growth

Im not sure the genetics these are bag seeds but like i said the 3 26w cfls are 4-5 inches above the plant and the 100w led is about 12 inches above i have 50-55% humidity at 24 degrees Celsius

So i have 2 plants that i planted start of april, still no true fan leaves they were under cfls pretty high above so im guessing they grew slow cause of not enough light, this is my second grow i ended up getting a 4x4 tent and a 100 true watt led for now with 3 26w cfl hanging about 4 inches...

Hey this is my second grow last year was horrible i currently have a 4x4 tent and have 2 babies in there one is doing good its been abt 6 weeks and still no fan leaves tho... they have been in the tent only since yesterday cuz thats when it came in. Im sure they will start growing from now on...
