Tin foil produces heat spots which may burn your plant. Possibly use Mylar or just white paint. Better then burning your little girls (:

Judging by the dimensions of your growspace I wouldn't recommend HPS. They really heat the shit out of a room (: Sticking with CFLs is probably your best bet. Not very expensive, stays quite cool and can be kept close to the plants.
