I've seen where people take the long Sativa buds and roll them with bamboo pad like Sushi. Then they use thread to tie them. I think it's done more for ease of transport, not a way to smoke them.:peace:

Actually, I believe they do have a minature ballast in CFl's Self Ballasted Compact Fluorescent Lamps Easy and simple to use - all in one unit only requires mains power suppy for operation. These have integrated ballasts which are not earthed. :peace:
