That was one of my guesses to but I would check the can every 30 minutes or so and te temp only go over 85 and bump up to 90 for te last hour the lights are on. I followed the instructions on the bag and used a half table spoon per gallon of soil. I'm currently in a 1 gallon sorta "pot".
