    how much yield

Maybe if you’re lucky, but I’d say not likely. That’s a pretty high plant count for that light. I’d put no more than 4 plants under that light.

    Yellowing and dark leaves

The questions are fine, keep asking. I personally, use a soil mix and I don’t even ph my water anymore (well), I run the fox farm trio, I realllly only add when I notice a deficiency in Veg, and every other watering during flower, I use like 1/8-1/4 strength. Being that the soil mix alone could...

I’m Pretty Sure I Have Thrips.

I’m Pretty Sure I Have Thrips.

Spray plants with some regular water preferable 6.5-7.0ph, honestly doesn’t matter, but spray those ladies down. Grab some neem oil and spray once or twice a month. Also let the soil dry out a bit, I like to let the top of the soil get kinda dry and I do that frequently, keeps them out. Some...

    Yellowing and dark leaves

I’d say let it dry out a little adjust the ph to 6.5-7.0 and then on the watering following that dry out, add a very mild nutrient solution, I found personally when working with soils like those you mentioned, if adding chemicals, less is a lot more...then increase little by little.

Paint it white, if you’re renting and worried about cost effectiveness, just keep doing what you’re doing. Max out veg time and you’ll have a nice yeild.

How much should i be watering plants/seedlings that sprouted from soil 16 days ago?

Right on, I used to try to follow a schedule, you just end up over watering or underwatering, check daily and try to get a feel for the moisture of the pot.

    Trim before or after dried?

When I first started, I’d trim before drying. When I did this, it never smelled like weed, I could never shake that hay smell, now I trim after drying only. Not saying it came from trimming wet, just saying that was MY outcome

    BANG FOR THE BUCK!

Depends on the amount of mothers and bulbs on the t5, but 4 under a 4 ft 4 bulb t5 is good, definitely jump up from the solo cups to a 1gal at least, if you want to keep the moms around for more cuts without replacing them go to a two gallon.

Any DIY Indoor Raised Bed Guides?

I’d say just use Grass roots smart pot material beds, I’ve seen a few large scale indoor grows done using them. It could be done easily by using a pond liner like mentioned above, kiddy pool even, anything that can hold soil. Maybe try a 50gal hd tote from Home Depot....
