whens the best time to put clones outside in north eastern ohio to start nuggin?

i mean the shit workd pretty nice definate did not fuck up the clone, shockd or got sick at all. Ill try to get some flicks up soon

i live in eastern ohio and my indica is still flowering, i cut clones off and they still flower but i hate to fuck up a genetic . why wont it stop flowering?
