The 315w has a built in ballast with the hood, temps were great with this light was just wanting more light.for flower, you can view other grow blogs with them using this light all the way through and getting great results

On a side note, I can't smell anything in the room what so ever, if wasn't for the humming sounds from fans and the ballast, i wouldn't know it was there. When i open up the grow however its the smell of of fruitiness. just amazing.

harder to take pictures with the 400hps, i bought a new bulb but the ballast is old, probably over 8 years. But the light is running, but Idk if its operating on full load, are ballast cut an dry ? either it lights the bulb or doesn't ? or have anyone experienced voltage drop or partially lit...

Is it possible you picked up a high CBD strain ? some other real potent strains will produce amazing bud but really low quantity.
