so this may be an odd question but Im asking anyway...when your doing lst, how long do you keep the plants "tied down" like that, before removing the ties and switching the lst positions?? I hope this makes sense, since I can't seem to grasp this concept fully yet.

It's a toshiba runnin vista..in a manner of 45sec it burnt a 2"x2" black spot onto the lower left hand corner of the screen the whole thing was soo hot it was hard to touch I powered off as fast as poss to try to get it to cool down took battery out let it sit for half an hour and now the stupid...
