The room is sealed pretty good and the room it would be vented into is pretty cool and is only heated if the door is open. I could open the window in that room every so often.

Idk if this helps but we live in the north east where Temps get well below freezing for weeks at a time. Is it possible for the cold Temps to slow or stop some of the problems?

We have a heater in the room. A dehumidifier, 2 ac units. No ionizer. With previous mold issues the de humidifier worked but not with this one. This one is something special. It's bad.

Can you recommend a good fungicide? Spectracide seemed to work somewhat with the zoo spores. But we have seen a couple different kinds of spores. But they were on males and there were other variables that could have came into play so we don't know how effective it was
