Could my plant be in flowering at this time outdoors.When i looked at it and i saw white hairs not many but some. Could it be budding? Also its 2 months old.

Hey guys I was looking at my plant this morning and i noticed some white hairs (pistils) does this mean that it is in flowering or no? But there only little white hairs that come in two, there coming out the top of the plant and the sides And how long until you thing i willl have bud

i looked under a magnified glass and on the 2nd to top internode there are 3 like lumps growing on the bottom internode there is a like ball thing with like a green hair on top of it doesnt really look like a pistil to me and finnaly the top internoder has a weed leaf growing out of it plz help...
