12/12 Light Cycle and Growing From Seed

Good luck there Mr. Bigglesworth, and I hope everything is going ok with both you and your plants. Sens1 was somewhat correct by the way. When groing 12/12 from seed, there is a chance of some plants only yield a couple of grams. It's really dependant upon strain, lighting, and the grower...

    12/12 from seed

Here's a very good thread with alot of info and pics of plants grown 12/12 from seed with different lighting setups. Alot of the plants yeilded a very good amount for the style of growing. Obviously less than a veg'ed plant, but with many plants in the same space the yeilds seem good. Plenty of...

I'd love to have a few of these bulbs.

Didn't know it was already posted. I never seen it. 6000k, that's pretty close the the normal 6700k that we use indoors. Really it's close enough, since some people use 6000k bulbs anyway. No problem. It was new to me as well.

To anyone with a corn stove. Good organic ferts.

It's mainly wood ashes that raise the acidic levels. Corn ash is great for ferts, but like any other fert, it can be overdone. Corn stoves have been around for sometime. The cost of corn is however on the rise. A couple years ago, a bushel (56lb) was $1.50-$2.00, now it's around $5.00. Still...

To anyone with a corn stove. Good organic ferts.

Just thought I'd share this little bit of info. If you have a corn burning stove or know someone that does, you can use the ashes as organic ferts. The ashes contain good amounts of potassium and phosphour, and lower amounts of nitrogen. People use the stuff in tomato gardens with good...

    Selfwatering technique

Seen someone bury a 5gal bucket with small holes drilled in the bottom and part way up the side. Filled it with water and it would slowly release it into the soil. Not sure what sized holes or just how many, but I'm pretty sure some people here have tried it as well.

    Smell proximity

I would think that even if it were a very low smell strain, multiplied by 100, it's gonna flat out stink up a decent sized area. I've been around plots before with ~6 females that could only be smelled about 150 ft away, but if there were 100 of them, well it wouldn't be hard at all to find...

Found a new spot, and had an encounter

I'll be keeping a close eye on it for the next couple months, but I really doubt that anyone will make thier way back there. Only thing that kinda put's me off on it is the fact that to get there, I have to go down a very steep hill, any steeper and it would be a cliff. With the incline what it...

    Green seeds?

I've only ever planted green seeds. I think out of about 40, maybe 2 didn't sprout. All grew fine until eaten by animals:evil:. The one that made it got compromised and had to be chopped way early. Never had a chance to finish, maybe a week into flower, if that. Still some potent ass smoke...

    Anti animal/pest trick..

oh yeah, that's right he did say that. I thought you were talking of the human kind. My bad. In that case the doc is 100% correct. Another buck would come along, especially during breeding season and cover the buck urine with his own. They'll do this to let the does in the area know that he is...
