That is not useful at all. Lights should be kept as close to your canopy as possible. The closer you get the lights, the larger the amount of use able PARs and Lumens. here is a more useful tip. Cool your lights and move them closer. Cooled right you can easily get a 600w hps about 6 or 8...

Ive become a big fan of Botanicare's Organic soil & Just Right Xtra soil. I think foxfarm is good, but being on the east coast I dont want their new soil that is produced in the east coast, way more bark in it. bark is not good for your soil. high acid levels and it brings/promotes bug growth.

why are you trying to feed cones, they cant use any nutes unless they have grown legs and have reverted back to the vege cycle. you should also try to get your hands on GH ph up. Baking soda is not good for your plants. it can cause diffencies.

instead of using fruit and adding gases to your plants enviroment, just use a Q-Tip dip the Qtip in water, shake it off, then place in mason jar with buds. turn or slighty shake jar every hour. check every hour for desired moisture level.
