You contact them and they give the option of refund or replacement, then you wait a month or more till they actually follow through, if they follow through. I was using the chat interface thru the website 3 or 4 times a week till I actually got refunded. Herbies used to be awesome

The package arrives but the bottom is taped shut because they sliced it open to remove the goods. They insert a letter explaining what they removed and why

you're way better off going to the website and opening up a chat with them. Letters, e-mail, ect....just goes to the back of the queue and you wait longer
