The soil seems fairly moist still, I tried spraying a little water on the cups this morning, and I know heat isn't an issue. When I planted the seeds the root was facing downwards. Trying to not get discouraged. :/ Hopefully they pop soon.

Well the reason I know this is because I tested with multiple fans on a single 12V supply, and yes, it does indeed slow them down. I have 3 fans in my PC case, 1 intake at the bottom, and 2 exhaust at the top, all running on their own 12V power supply each for maximum power and air movement. You...
