Hey man, plants are looking healthy. A few tips tho, if I may. Biggest thing with CFLs is that you need to keep them as close as possible. I keep my bulbs 1-2 inches away at all times. Also, you get the most light from the sides of the bulb, not the top...so keeping them horizontal and close to...
