Check the pH of the runoff when you water the larger one next time...the really dark green and curling, along with the flatening of the petiole can also be an indicator of a pH issue...usually easy to fix, but you deffinitely wanna check it to make sure your in the nuetral range...PEACE and Good...

Overwatered...I can see mold or fuze growing on the top of your soil, which is BAD, I would transplant or hold back on watering till that drys up. Also, check your pH to be sure that it's not off...good luck!

They rely on mositure in the soil to thrive (if I recall correctly)...let the soil dry out before waterings, and you should notice a decline in their population...sounds bad! If its too crazy...buy fly traps and place them near the holes at the bottom of the pot, where the nats enter and exit...

Yea, she probably needs some nutes now (mostly nitrogen is my guess)...I think the 4th week is when I first gave my girl some nutes...I use nutes very sparingly, with 1/4 the suggested amount on the first feeding. throw up some more pics when you can! PEACE
