Not sure where you're located, but in my area flowering won't start for another couple weeks. Those look to be preflowers, just a sign of maturity and sex. I could be wrong though. There's not much to go off.

It seems to me that your list of nutes is far too long for an outdoor soil grow. The best thing you can do for your plants in the beginning is get proper soil that won't, or will barely need any help along the way as far as additives go. You run a much higher risk of screwing something up...
