Ouch. That was no damn fun at all. Two more walls and a couple of lofts to come down on Monday and then hopefully done with destruction.

Off for another day of demolition. We've decided that, after the new rooms are ready, I'm going to move the Purple Haze and POW over and he'll take charge of those strains -- this is going to be an aquaponics setup, so short and bushy is perfect.

I do like the Blackstars better. They're substantially lighter (important in a tent), and put out far less heat than the Solarstorm. I've used them strictly for veg, however.

I had the big Solarstorm 800. It is now at a friends' in his flower chamber. It is a huge, heavy light that puts out way more heat than my Blackstar 900s. I never used it for anything but veg. It worked well as a light, but was too hot for the tent I was using at the time.

Purple Haze about to come down.

Nice cola! I suggest getting either a microscope or at least a good loupe to harvest by. Personally, I wait until 75% of the trichomes are no longer clear. They may be cloudy, maybe amber or purple, doesn't matter, just not clear. Here's my Purple Haze about 2 days before harvest.
