if u only give them 12hrs they will flower... they need 18 hrs or more to stay in vegetative growth.. its up to you to decide how long these processes go..
I believe they were rootbound... b/c when i transplanted them it was one nice solid piece with roots wrapped around it everywhere.. quite nice to see actually... the one in the ceramic pot I manhandled sooo bad.. I tore the crap out of the rootmass... it hasnt shown any shock what-so-ever yet...

for the time that it will take you to repot in NEW soil, with proper conditions, you might as well throw them out.. heres a pic of mine at a week old... trust me, start over, its worthless to pursue the inevitable, your plants will die.
Im confused, I thought that the plant shows it sex early on in the flowering process... Are these pics of females?? I see little hair looking things near where the branches connect to the main stem, correct me if im wrong, but arent these female preflowers? I thought these only show themselves...
